SuitMates is a mobile application that helps wedding organizers coordinate suit purchases for their wedding party. Our service includes:

• Wedding party member management
• Suit catalog browsing and selection
• Size collection and tracking
• Payment processing
• Order fulfillment coordination

3. User Accounts

To use SuitMates, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account
• Be at least 18 years old (or have parental consent)
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Wedding Party Organizers

As a wedding party organizer, you agree to:

• Obtain consent from party members before adding them to your group
• Provide accurate event and contact information
• Manage your wedding party responsibly

5. Wedding Party Members

As a wedding party member, you agree to:

• Provide accurate sizing information
• Complete payment obligations in a timely manner
• Provide accurate shipping information when required

6. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a payment, you agree to:

• Pay the full amount displayed at checkout
• Use valid payment methods
• Accept that some payments may be non-refundable (see our refund policy)

7. Orders and Fulfillment

Orders are processed through our retail partners. Please note:

• Delivery times may vary based on availability
• Custom orders may have different timelines
• We will communicate any delays promptly

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Harass or spam other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the service
• Provide false or misleading information

SuitMates and its content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SuitMates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

11. Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
